McNeilly Center for Children: McNeilly Center for Children provides affordable, high quality early care and education for children whose parents are working, in school, or in job training, and further provides parenting education and social services for the families of enrolled children. McNeilly is one of the largest child care providers for low-income children in Middle Tennessee, serving 400 children in four locations.
